Samuel A. Kidston

Managing Member

Samuel Kidston is the Managing Member of North & Webster SSG, LLC, a special situations investing vehicle. Prior to founding North & Webster SSG, LLC, Mr. Kidston served as the Managing Member and Chief Investment Officer of North & Webster, LLC, which served as the General Partner for a family of Hedge Funds focused on Deep Value, Activist investing. Mr. Kidston also has substantial experience investing in distressed companies and assets.  Mr. Kidston has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of several publicly traded companies including Sport-Haley Holdings, Inc. , SED International, Inc. and Ezenia! Inc. Mr. Kidston is a member of the Boston Security Analyst Society, Young Presidents Organization, and a past member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Mr. Kidston earned a B.A. from Wesleyan University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Dennis M. Crowley III

Operating Partner

Dennis Crowley is the operating partner at North & Webster SSG, LLC.  Dennis was a Founder of Apollo Security International and served in numerous positions throughout his tenure, including General Counsel and President. After negotiating a successful sale to Allied Universal, he served as Senior Vice President of the Integration Technology Group at the multi-billion-dollar global business.  Dennis holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts- Amherst, a CSS in Business Administration from Harvard University Extension School, and a JD, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. He is a member of Young Presidents Organization, the Massachusetts Bar, Intellenet, the American Society of Industrial Security, and BOMA International.

John Nouri

Investment Analyst

John Nouri is an Analyst with North & Webster SSG, LLC. Prior to North & Webster SSG, LLC, John interned with a boutique investment bank and private equity firm.  John holds a BBA from Iona College where he majored in Finance and minored in Accounting and Economics.
